What does "Declare your Swimmer" mean?
Parents should declare yes or no for meet attendance (vs not completing the form if they are a no). If your child is not swimming, we still ask you to use the form and tell us by saying no. It helps plan for 100 makos swimmers and multiple events.
Swimmers must compete in at least 3 dual meets to qualify for Championships. Swimmers with sports memberships must compete in at least 4 dual meets to qualify for Championships.
Saturday Meets arrive 8am (Meet Start 9am).
Wednesday meets arrive 4pm (Meet Start 5pm).
Please declare your swimmer as a yes or no by the deadlines.
It is expected that families will work during the meets, these events depend on the support of our parents to be successful. Not fulfilling this meet work commitment will result in a $50 charge being added to your account. Families must volunteer to help at at least two meets in the season for for their swimmer to be able to participate in Championships!
No child under the age of 12 shall be permitted on the club premises unless accompanied by a parent or a responsible person designated by the parent that is at least 15 years old.
